Ideal for beginners to soft bondage, the Red Rope Flogger measures 19 inches in total and has eleven 13 inch long rope floggers coming out of the sturdy vinyl bound baton handle. There is also a rope loop attached to the end of the handle which helps to maintain a firmer grip whilst whipping.
