The leather neck cuff is adjustable up to an 18 inch neck (with metal buckle fastenings). The wrist cuffs also have the same fastening mechanism and are adjustable for up to 9 inch wrists. Both the neck and the wrist cuffs also have a decorative metal chain attached. They are linked via two sturdy metal chains (each with trigger hooks on either end).
