Takes a little bit of fiddling and lube to get on, but once on it stays put. Can get in the way during oral and sex, but this can be overcome by adjusting the clip and moving the beads. Warning for those more into sensation than pain: remove it slowly. Fast removal allows blood to flow quickly which equals pain!
