my husband bought me these rhythm balls tohelp with my pelvic floor exercise. He dared me to wear them while i went to the supermarket, well put it this way i definately thought i should have been on supermarket sweep as i was having to rush around the shop, the faster i went the more pleasurable it got! next time im going on the running machine!
