Download the BDSM Checklist

Ever fancied entering the world of bondage, domination and BDSM but were afraid to because – well - where do you start? It is important for a dominant partner too know what their submissive enjoys, doesn't enjoy, will do and will not do. But as everyone knows the world of BDSM, is so varied and potentially complex how do you pass on this information, likes and dislikes?

Some will say just tell each other, but let's face it that can be a bit embarrassing, especially if it is a new mistress, or your relationship is fairly young.

Well we have created a list which, although not exhaustive, will give both partners the chance to express what they desire the most. Use the list as much or as little as you require, you do not need to enter something in every box. Remember the whole idea of BDSM is for both parties to enjoy themselves, so be honest and keep it Safe, Sane and Consensual.

How to use the list

The list is divided into three general areas of bondage activities – fetish activities, medical activities and sexual activities. Within each area the activities are listed with three boxes to be completed.
  • Done it? Yes or no, no explanation needed here.
  • Arousal (0-5). 0 – a turn off, 1 – no opinion (neither a turn off or a turn on), 2 – mild turn on, 3 – a turn on, 4 – major arousal, 5 – incredibly aroused.
  • Consent (0-5). 0 – will never do it under any circumstances (also known as a hard limit), 1 – unwilling but will do it under stern orders if the dominant partner really wants it, 2 – unwilling but will do it under orders, 3 – willing but gets no major enjoyment from it, 4 – wants to do it, 5 – really wants to do it.
