The leather mouth harness fastens round the back of the head with a buckle keeping the inflatable rubber ball gag right where you want it. The hand pump at the other end of the rubber tube allows you to inflate the gag to many times its size totally filling the mouth. To release the pressure it has an easy twist valve.
