These metal nipple clamps work like a thumb screw.
They have an adjuster screw so you can apply the amount of pressure that you want. This makes them good for those exploring nipple clamps for the first time but they also come complete with a small O ring so you can attach weights or a chain to them for the more experienced.
These were my first experimentation with nipple clamps and because they are adjustable you feel completely in control. They can go really tight if you want them to giving a great tweak to your nipples.
