The Ribbed Nipple Clamps have tiny raised ribs on the inner edge, then seven large ribs on the inner edge of the circular part. Both clamps are connected together by two hanging metal chains. The clamps can take the nipple on the small or large ribs so offering two points of differing pressure.
A good nipple clamp with the added bonus of some weight from the chain.
