Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return the item or items to us or contact us to advise us you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund the full cost of the item or items returned. If your order has already been despatched when we receive your cancellation, we will deduct the cost of our postage and packing from your refund.

To qualify for the 14 day money back guarantee:

1. The goods must be unused.

2. The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.

3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.

4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

5. Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.

6. Videos and DVD's are non refundable and non exchangeable if they have been opened.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you.

Please note: Postage and packaging is non refundable and will be deducted from any refund, except where the item is returned due to being faulty.

Free offers and our P&P costs will be accounted for if returned goods takes the order value below the free offer level. The value of free offer goods will be deducted from any refund that may be due. To avoid refund deductions please return any free offer goods with your returns if your order value will drop below the free offer level.

To return a defective product, you must return the product within 30 days of purchase, with all packaging using a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel in transit back to us

Please ensure all items returned have been cleaned if required

All returned items are tested and if found to be working will be returned back to you at your expense, so please double check the batteries are correctly fitting as this is often the issue with an item that appears to not work.
