Delivery Times and ChargesFree Delivery Details
We provide free UK delivery on all orders of goods over £30.
Standard Delivery Details
All orders are dispatched in plain protective packaging.
UK orders are sent using the Royal Mails 1st class recorded delivery service which is typically a 1 - 3 day service.
You will be required to sign upon delivery. Our standard delivery charge is £2.95 for UK orders of goods up to £30.
Saturday Delivery
We can arrange a delivery for Saturday for most UK mainland addresses, however, due to the cost, please call for a quote if you require this.
What if I Have Missed My Delivery
If your are not in when your parcel arrives, Royal Mail or the courier will leave you a card that explains where your parcel is and how to either collect it or have it re-delivered. Please be aware that the Royal Mail will keep your package at your local sorting office for a minimum of 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us. Postal charges may apply to send the goods back out to you.
International Delivery Details
International prices vary depending upon the country of delivery. You will see the charge for delivery during the check out process.
Delivery Terms & Conditions
If any items on your order are not available at time of dispatch, we will part ship these to you and the remaining item will follow when available.
Please be aware that PurplePleasures.com cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information provided during the checkout process.
Any order where a delivery address other than the cardholder's address is requested, may be held for security reasons. If this is the case, we will contact you as soon as possible by telephone or email.
