Permanent changes take longer - typically months rather than weeks - and can vary considerably depending on the quality of the pump you choose. Penis pumps are used for four main reasons.

Many preparations contain a mixture of well-known herbs that have been used for

This is a practical solution for the man who is nervous about surgery or who has doubts about suction pumps, weights and herbal preparations. The exercises need to be performed regularly, five or six times a week, and it is
likely to be literally months before you notice any improvement. Some men don't see any difference after a year of work! Most of the exercises are variations of 'stretching' which may increase length, and 'jelquing' or 'milking' which may increase length and girth. Many websites offer these techniques, but be careful, some will charge you a lot of money, other skimp on the information and a few sites boost the cost enormously by adding unnecessary items such as
videos or chat room support. All you need are simple easy-to-read instructions. If you are very focused, determined, willing to apply yourself on a daily basis for many months, then natural methods may be worth investigating.

Penis Enlargement Surgery
Lengthening the penis by urological surgery has been possible for many years, but it is only more recently that the procedure has become even a little more popular. The operation involves making a small incision just above the base of the penis and releasing the suspensory ligaments, which hold part of the penis inside the body (see diagram below).

The results are immediate and add an average of 1.5inches, although 2 inches is not uncommon. There are also various procedures to enlarge the girth of the penis, which can add 30-50% in circumference. Penile enhancement surgery is more common now, but there still seems to be a lot of skepticism and concern among men. This however, is the case with any cosmetic surgery. If this option is a consideration for you, be sure that you have several consultations with specialist doctors and make sure that you know exactly what is going to be done. It's not something you want to rush into.
