The most popular of all enlargement devices. A tube is placed over the penis and a vacuum is developed by pumping air out. The suction effect inflates the penis by increasing the blood flow for a period of time. This provides an immediate, hard and large erection. Permanent changes take longer - typically months rather than weeks - and can vary considerably depending on the quality of the pump you choose. Penis pumps are used for four main reasons.

Penis Enlargement Surgery
Lengthening the penis by urological surgery has been possible for many years, but it is only more recently that the procedure has become even a little more popular. The operation involves making a small incision just above the base of the penis and releasing the suspensory ligaments, which hold part of the penis inside the body (see diagram below).
The results are immediate and add an average of 1.5inches, although 2 inches is not uncommon. There are also various procedures to enlarge the girth of the penis, which can add 30-50% in circumference. Penile enhancement surgery is more common now, but there still seems to be a lot of scepticism and concern among men. This however, is the case with any cosmetic surgery.
