Placing your order
Buying from us is simple. Just browse our online sex toys catalogue and add anything you wish to buy to your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to cart button", then on the next screen verify the quantity is correct and then click "Keep Shopping" to purchase additional items or click on "Checkout Now" to finalise your purchase. You will then be asked for information such as your name, address, etc. Next you will need to choose how to pay. You have three options;

1. Online by Payment Card
   This enables you to provide your card details in a completely secure environment. You will be transferred to our Payment Provider (Protx) where your card details will be validated (but not billed until your order is dispatched). You will then receive two emails to the email address you provided. One will be from us confirming your order, the second will be from Protx, again confirming your order and card authorisation.
   
   
2. Credit / Debit Card Details sent Separately
   This options enables you to select the item you want to purchase but rather than pay online, simply print your order then you can choose to either phone us with your order or mail, fax it to us. Simply provide your payment details in the boxes provided if sending through the post
   
   
3. Cheque or Postal Orders sent Separately
   This options enables you to select the items you want to purchase but rather than pay online, simply print your order then send us a cheque made payable to Purple Retail Ltd. Once received and cleared, we will dispatch your order to you.
   

Payment methods
We accept American Express, Delta, Maestro, Mastercard, Solo, Switch, Visa and Electron online for all orders.

We also accept Cheque's and Postal Orders made payable to Purple Retail Ltd, if you wish to send your order to us via the post. (Your goods will be dispatched once your cheque has cleared). Simply do your shopping online, and when you have completed your selection, simply print the order screen and post that to us.

Dispatch of goods
Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days of us receiving it. If your chosen item is temporarily out of stock we will notify you via email or letter. Your total order will be dispatched once all products are in stock. A flat fee of £2.95 is charged per UK order, or FREE if the order is £30+ despite the number of items you choose to purchase. All UK orders are sent recorded delivery by the Royal Mail.

Prices and VAT
All prices quoted on this website are shown and charged in £ Pounds Sterling, and include UK value added tax (VAT) at 17.5%. We also show for indication only, the price in € Euros.

Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software that we use. Your order is placed using 128 bit encryption and is only decrypted once we process your order. Your credit card details are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee
Our promise to you, we guarantee your satisfaction. However, should you be unhappy with your product we will exchange the goods (if the size or colour isn't as expected), this will incur a fee of £5.00 to cover the shipping and handling costs. Please note we can only exchange items provided they are unopened and returned in the original packaging.

If, upon receipt of your goods, an item is found to be faulty due to a manufacturer's defect, we will replace it without charge. Please return with all the original packaging detailing the fault.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
